Rental Terms & Deposit Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the following rental terms.

1. Responsibility for Equipment

All rented items remain the property of CrowdReady Rentals at all times. Once equipment is picked up or delivered, the customer is fully responsible for the rental items until they are returned.

2. Refundable Deposit

Some rentals include a refundable deposit in the total price. Deposit amounts vary by package and are listed on the product page.

Deposits are typically returned after all items are returned on time and inspected.

A partial or full deposit may be withheld for:

  • missing items

  • damaged items beyond normal use

  • late returns

  • equipment returned excessively dirty or abused

  • failure to return equipment in the agreed condition or location

3. Return Condition

Rental items must be returned in reasonable condition. Normal outdoor use is expected. However, equipment should not be intentionally abused, dragged behind vehicles, left in standing water, burned, cut, painted, or otherwise mistreated.

4. Late Returns

Rental items must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns may result in deposit deductions or additional charges.

5. Delivery and Drop-Off

If delivery is offered, equipment will be dropped off at the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for making sure the drop-off location is correct, accessible, and safe.

Once equipment is delivered to the agreed location, responsibility transfers to the customer.

CrowdReady Rentals is not responsible for loss, theft, weather exposure, or damage after delivery.

6. Safe Use

Customers are responsible for supervising use of all rental items and using them safely and appropriately. Rental items must be used only for their intended purpose.

7. Weather and Outdoor Use

Most rentals are intended for outdoor use, but customers are responsible for protecting equipment from severe weather, including heavy rain, standing water, and damaging wind conditions.

8. No Guarantees of Specific Cosmetic Condition

Rental items are party-use equipment and may show normal signs of prior use. Minor cosmetic wear does not affect function and is not considered damage.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Reservation and cancellation policies, if any, will be listed on the product page or invoice. Refundable deposits are separate from rental charges and may only be returned after equipment inspection.

10. Agreement

By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.
